At Custom Gifts INC, we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience possible. We understand that sometimes a return may be necessary, and we want to make the process as easy as possible for you.
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at hello@custom-gifts.us. Our customer service team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address provided by our team.
Damages and Issues
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect it upon receipt and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
While we strive to accept returns for most items, there are certain exceptions. Perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods cannot be returned. Additionally, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases are non-returnable. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please reach out to us for clarification.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item. This ensures that you get what you want without any delays.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without any justification. The same conditions apply as mentioned above, including the item being in its original condition, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
