Supplier Code of Conduct

At Custom Gifts INC, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct in all aspects of our business. This includes our relationships with our suppliers, who play a crucial role in delivering quality products to our customers. To ensure that our suppliers share our commitment to ethical practices, we have established a Supplier Code of Conduct that outlines the expectations and requirements we have for our suppliers.

1. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

Suppliers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the countries where they operate. This includes but is not limited to labor laws, environmental regulations, and health and safety standards. Suppliers must also ensure that their subcontractors and suppliers adhere to these same laws and regulations.

2. Labor Standards

We expect our suppliers to provide fair and safe working conditions for their employees. This includes complying with minimum wage laws, providing reasonable working hours, and ensuring a workplace free from discrimination, harassment, and forced labor. Suppliers must also respect the rights of their employees to freedom of association and collective bargaining.

3. Environmental Responsibility

We are committed to minimizing our environmental impact and expect our suppliers to share this commitment. Suppliers should strive to reduce waste, conserve energy and water, and minimize the use of hazardous substances. They should also comply with all applicable environmental laws and regulations.

4. Business Integrity

Suppliers must conduct their business with integrity and in an ethical manner. This includes avoiding conflicts of interest, maintaining accurate and transparent records, and prohibiting bribery and corruption in any form. Suppliers should also respect intellectual property rights and ensure the protection of confidential information.

5. Social Responsibility

We believe in giving back to the communities in which we operate, and we expect our suppliers to do the same. Suppliers should contribute positively to the social and economic development of their communities, support charitable initiatives, and promote diversity and inclusion in their workforce.

6. Continuous Improvement

We recognize that ethical practices are an ongoing journey, and we expect our suppliers to continuously improve their performance in line with our Supplier Code of Conduct. Suppliers should regularly assess their practices, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessary.

If a supplier is found to be in violation of our Supplier Code of Conduct, we may take appropriate actions, including but not limited to termination of the business relationship. We encourage our suppliers to report any concerns or violations of the Supplier Code of Conduct to us, so that we can work together to address them.

By adhering to our Supplier Code of Conduct, our suppliers play a vital role in helping us deliver on our commitment to ethical business practices and ensuring the satisfaction of our customers.
